Under Divya's leadership, Apollo has consistently brought best practices to bear and ensured measurable ROI for its client population. This is demonstrated by investments made towards six-sigma practices and the accreditations of ISO 9001 and BS7799. Apollo today serves three of the top five US commercial insurers. It has also won the largest multi-year provider-side BPO contract (to be awarded to an Indian vendor). Many of these were won in stiff competition with US companies like IBM, Per Se, ACS and others with stiff competition from Indian vendors like Wipro-Spectramind, 24/7 and Cognizant. The company has ensured that it does long term strategic deals with clients and positions itself among the top three vendors of the client. Divya has been able to achieve this by pulling together an exceptional management team in this unit.
